| Instructions: |
| In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, mustard, and dill; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavors to mellow. In a large saucepan of boiling water, cook potatoes until tender, 15 minutes. Preheat broiler. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper, brush with lime juice. Broil 4-5 inches from heat 3-4 minutes on each side. Place on individual serving plates with potatoes on the side. Spoon on dill sauce and serve. |
